The new conveyor belt skirting, the AirScrape runs on high performance 12 months now. The mine confirmed and appreciate, the high cost savings and the clean dust free working places at the conveyor belts. A new user, operator of the processing plant of a large mine, had to readjust the conventional conveyor skirting at belt transfer points every 2 weeks and replace them completely every 4 months, causing enormous downtimes and costs of the equivalent of € 240 000 each.
