PrimeTracker with new brackets

The PrimeTracker: A Revolution in Conveyor Belt Technology

It often happens that the belt runs off-center, which can lead to significant damage. This is where the PrimeTracker from ScrapeTec comes into play—an innovative solution that ensures conveyor belts always remain optimally aligned. Unlike traditional trackers that push or pull the belt back to the center through friction, the PrimeTracker operates entirely frictionlessly, offering an extremely long service life.

How the PrimeTracker Works

Traditional bottom belt trackers use mechanical resistance to guide the belt back to the center. However, this causes wear and requires regular maintenance. In contrast, ScrapeTec’s PrimeTracker controls the belt in an innovative way. Through intelligent design, it immediately responds to deviations and guides the belt back to the center without friction. This not only reduces wear but also significantly extends the lifespan of the entire system.

Word-of-Mouth and the Success Story

Since ScrapeTec does not have a large distribution network, the success of the PrimeTracker largely relies on word-of-mouth. The positive experiences and feedback from plant managers and operators speak for themselves. They praise the easy installation and high effectiveness of the tracker. The excellent results and seamless integration have quickly made the PrimeTracker well-known.

Diversity and Adaptability
ScrapeTec started with a standard quality PrimeTracker. Today, the product is offered in various versions to meet specific industry requirements:
-Sugar Industry: Benefits from the FDA-grade PrimeTracker variant.
-Mining: Utilizes the FRAS-grade (Flame Retardant and Antistatic).
-Fertilizer Industry: Relies on the stainless steel version.

Global Presence

The PrimeTracker has now gained worldwide recognition. It is successfully used in places like Europe, Israel, India, Kazakhstan, Peru, Chile, the USA, and many other locations. The global spread and adaptability of the PrimeTracker to various industries and requirements underscore its significance and efficiency.

Conclusion

The PrimeTracker from ScrapeTec offers an innovative, frictionless solution for centering conveyor belts. Thanks to its extremely long service life and easy installation, the PrimeTracker has proven itself in numerous industries and regions. The word-of-mouth promotion and positive user feedback are continuously increasing its recognition and distribution. The PrimeTracker sets new standards in conveyor belt technology and provides a reliable solution to a central problem in many industries.

The PrimeTracker: A milestone for the sugar industry
ScrapeTec presents the future of belt guidance: The sugar industry faces constant challenges when it comes to the non friction operation of conveyor belts. ScrapeTec Trading GmbH has tackled this problem and proudly shows its PrimeTracker, an innovative solution for the efficient intelligent belt tracker of conveyor belts. 360 degree free movement for filigree working methods An outstanding feature of the PrimeTracker is its 360-degree freedom of movement, which enables it to work with extreme precision. No matter in which direction the conveyor belt runs, the PrimeTracker immediately works against it to ensure precise steering. This design uses a flexible centre bearing in the middle pivot point instead of a fixed axis at 45°. This allows a completely free 360° movement around the centre of the tracker, creating a special design. The steering of the roller is activated by additional mass on one side of the roller, which pulls the roller drum forwards and downwards and steers the belt back to the centre. Versatile application on reversible belts The PrimeTracker has a huge advantage: it can be used on reversible

Problem solving in cement production: dust and spills
ScrapeTec work closely with customers in various industries to address dust emissions, material spillage, conveyor belt damage, preventing production downtime, expensive repairs, and hazardous accidents, as seen in a recent project where a cement industry. In a recent project, a cement production plant needed assistance with excessive dust emissions during the handling of clinker, sand and gravel, that were causing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues. In addition, the operator faced the problems of costly material spillage and the need for ongoing conveyor belt repairs. A comprehensive site inspection revealed that a standard chute sealing system was used in conjunction with a basic clamping system positioned outside the chute. The existing skirting system and lack of inner skirting failed to contain excessive dust emission and material spillage at the transfer points. High dust levels resulted in poor visibility of the 70-metre-long conveyor tunnel, which negatively affected the maintenance team’s ability to monitor efficiencies during the ship unloading process and to prevent bottlenecks in the production process. “Apart from concerns about safety and environmental hazards, management needed to find
