360 degree free movement for filigree working methods
An outstanding feature of the PrimeTracker is its 360-degree freedom of movement, which enables it to work with extreme precision. No matter in which direction the conveyor belt runs, the PrimeTracker immediately works against it to ensure precise steering. This design uses a flexible centre bearing in the middle pivot point instead of a fixed axis at 45°. This allows a completely free 360° movement around the centre of the tracker, creating a special design. The steering of the roller is activated by additional mass on one side of the roller, which pulls the roller drum forwards and downwards and steers the belt back to the centre.
Versatile application on reversible belts
The PrimeTracker has a huge advantage: it can be used on reversible belts, regardless of whether the belt runs to the left or right. This versatility results from the PrimeTracker’s central bearing, which allows it to be used in both directions.
