The company’s participation resulted in numerous future projects.” The GEAPS Exchange 2024 in Denver was the global center for grain handling this year. This trade fair, the largest and best of its kind worldwide, was attended by 3700 visitors and 1000 companies from a total of 23 nations. A total of 391 exhibitors presented their latest and most innovative products and services. The program was complemented by more than 45 hours of interesting and informative education on the subject of grain handling. One of the exhibitors at this impressive fair was Scrapetec. And it was not just any appearance - it was the company’s first dedicated booth at this important global platform and the debut could not have been better. Together with their partner BLT World, they presented their innovative products and were literally stormed. The response and interest were tremendous. Scrapetec participated on the Global Gypsum/Global Insulation Conference in Chicago, presenting innovative solutions like the AirScrape and DustScrape for dust prevention. The Global Gypsum/Global Insulation Conference, recently held in Chicago, was a mix of innovative thinking and global collaboration. We at Scrapetec are grateful and proud to have been able to participate in this remarkable event and present our innovative solutions, such as the AIrScrape or the DustScrape for dust prevention. Our goal was to demonstrate how we assist the industry in saving energy and costly maintenance work - without neglecting efficiency. We believe that we have successfully mastered this, and the reactions we have received confirm this. Thanks to the conference, we were able to establish valuable new contacts and strengthen our global presence in the gypsum and insulation sector. ScrapeTec presents the future of belt guidance: The sugar industry faces constant challenges when it comes to the non friction operation of conveyor belts. ScrapeTec Trading GmbH has tackled this problem and proudly shows its PrimeTracker, an innovative solution for the efficient intelligent belt tracker of conveyor belts. 360 degree free movement for filigree working methods An outstanding feature of the PrimeTracker is its 360-degree freedom of movement, which enables it to work with extreme precision. No matter in which direction the conveyor belt runs, the PrimeTracker immediately works against it to ensure precise steering. This design uses a flexible centre bearing in the middle pivot point instead of a fixed axis at 45°. This allows a completely free 360° movement around the centre of the tracker, creating a special design. The steering of the roller is activated by additional mass on one side of the roller, which pulls the roller drum forwards and downwards and steers the belt back to the centre.
