The Gericke Nibbler is a coarse grinder and pre-breaker for size reduction in a broad range of industries. It is used for de-agglomeration, granulation, milling, rework and size calibration of lumpy, fibrous, sticky, pasteous or frozen products. Many bulk material processes ask for defined and reproducible particle sizes. Gericke, with many years of experience in the design of equipment for the size reduction and calibrating of bulk materials, offers the advantages of the established GNB series for smaller throughputs in a compact size machine, the Gericke GNB 250 Nibbler. With the GNB 530 Nibbler, Gericke has introduced the option of easily adjusting the distance between the shaft and the screen. This allows the Nibbler to be quickly and flexibly adapted to changing process requirements. In addition to adapting to different screen sizes, the efficiency of a process can also be increased by changing the clearance. The GNB 250 has also integrated the easy replacement of the screen, the large front door opening of the housing and the proven sealing concept from its big brother.
