The only way to dislodge these residues is by using large amounts of cleansers. These factors were taken into account in the design of the ConiWitt conical sieve mill. The ConiWitt is also now available in CIP design. Where solid residues are effectively bonded and removed due to optimized surfaces. The most important goal in the designing of the ConiWitt was a shape free of dead spaces. In order to achieve this goal, Frewitt opted for the monoblock design. Especially for poor flowing products there are nearly no alternatives to measure the production rate or the consumption of raw material. The new CSE hopper scale offers a concept, that eliminates the disadvantage of a hopper scale by the use of two parallel weighing hoppers. A pneumatic controlled switch feeder guides the product ialternative into two weighing hoppers. After filling the hopper the net amount of material is added to the total flow rate. The discharge system ensures, that the hoppers are completely emptied. Due to pneumatic operatation the scale has a very low energy consumption.

Markus Rinderspacher, leader of the SPD in the Bavarian parliament, visited UWT on 20th December. During the visit he was particularly interested in business and employment policy. On the one hand he was positive impressed by the worldwide business relationships of UWT and on the other hand by the company"s philosophy to employ professionals over 50 years. During his conversation with the UWT leadership the SPD politician was confirmed that this strategy has proven in the past to be very valuable. ISO 14001 certification and new building Designing, manufacturing and installing automatic lubrication systems is the essence of the business of TrustLube.
