Flow-through regulation Tubing clamps can regulate or stop the flow through of tubings that carry fluids or gases. Step-less flow regulation: The knurled screw allows very fine stepless flow control. The flow can also be shut off completely and that also with already existing hose connections. Stop-it metal is extremely heat resistant and robust due to the materials steel and aluminum. The hose clamp is available in four different sizes up to a maximum hose diameter of 30 mm.

The new SPTD plug diverter has a single straight pipe and will be available in sizes from 150 mm (6”) up to 400 mm (16”). Fast Bulk Robot with integrated sieve Van Aarsen’s latest development, a X-Y bulk robot with integrated sieve was commissioned in December 2009 in the new bulk out-loading facility of the Boerenbond Deurne in Oirschot, The Netherlands. This newest version of the Van Aarsen bulk robot was designed completely in 3D to optimize the design and the production process. To enable high speed bulk out-loading, the bulk robot is equipped with frequency controlled individual drives for all 8 wheels. In combination with the sturdy construction of the drive frame, this allows the bulk robot to accelerate and de-accelerate rapidly to a speed of 1.25 m/s. The accurate positioning of the bulk robot is achieved by means of laser distance measuring systems. Unique 3 sieves automatic screen exchange system For their GD Hammer Mill Van Aarsen developed an automatic screen exchange system for 3 screens. The system is already operational in 2 feed mills and demand is constantly increasing. The system consists of a cassette unit with 3 slots to hold the screens, a motorised insertion system and control system. The screens are stored in a cassette system that is suspended above the hammer mill.
