Schenck Process presents a new force sensor shaped by interoperability The InnoTrans trade fair running from 21 to 24 September 2010 in Berlin is focusing on road- and rail-based measuring technology. Schenck Process specialists will be presenting their new MULTIRAIL® InterScan flat sleeper with Y/Q option. The major advantage of this new product is that Q and Y forces are localised when measuring the wheel loads passing over it. High loading in a Q or Y direction can thereby be recognised in good time, making needs-based maintenance possible and delivering major potential cost savings. The special MULTIRAIL® force sensor also ensures increased reliability. Excess axle loads, uneven distribution of loads or impermissible lateral forces can result in tilted vehicles and cause accidents or costly damage. In the worst case scenario, trains can even derail - but thanks to MULTIRAIL® InterScan, such events are consigned to history. Specially designed for the area of application of leaves and grass extraction, Masterflex AG offers a product group for applications in municipal areas in which microbe resistance is an absolute must. The different hose types in the area of microbe-resistant hoses convince with their excellent wear resistance as well as largely smooth inside walls. This reduces swirling of the sucked in material to a minimum which produces maximum suction performances with extreme wear resistance. The metal spiral is cast firmly in the wall of the hose by a special manufacturing method. The wire cannot scrape the wall and there is no deformation of the hose profile even at extreme bending radii. The ultra-light, highly flexible hoses enable user-friendly working. New basic industrial vacs S2B&S3B are very simple 1ph industrial vacs, ideal for the metalworking industry where metal chips mixed with oil/coolant have to be removed from machine tools. The version FM is recommended for the collection of fine dust as in the B&C field. In such case a Hepa filter KIT can be added as OPTION S2B is fitted with 2 indipendent`by-pass` motors and available with a 50L bin. Mod. S3B has 3 indipendent `by-pass` motors and is available in 50 L or 100L bin. They are both made of metal plate. The manual filter shaker ensures a good efficiency of the filter and the release container system allows to empty the bin without disassembling the other parts of the vac.
