The scanning function enables to create and choose a sieve set. With help of the scanning function you also check if the correct sieves are in the right order for the sieving process Two packages are available: 1. Full Version CSA EXPERT with Scanner, and 2. CSA UPGRADE to EXPERT with manual scanner. The Data Matrix Code may be laser-etched onto existing test sieves that have stainless steel frames. THE NEW GENERATION The proven HAVER CPA 2-1 laboratory device for the photo-optical analysis of particle size and shape of dry, non-agglomerated loose particles from HAVER & BOECKER in Oelde, Germany has been revamped to include new technological developments. In addition to the proven strengths of the computer-supported analysis unit (among them low investment costs, GigE camera interface and optimum reproducibility with short measurement times), the measurement range has been expanded and extends from 0.020 to 30 mm. SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR COMPUTERIZED PARTICLE ANALYSIS
Haver & Boecker presents the new generation of CpaServ software at Powtech, in Nuremberg HAVER CpaServ software is the “artificial intelligence” for CPA particle measurement technology. The user interface allows a wide range of measurement procedures to be easily defined and initiated. Measurement and evaluation is then done automatically, with no more intervention by the user. However, if necessary, all data – down to the individual particle – can be reexamined and reanalyzed in many different ways. When developing the CpaServ 2 software, Haver & Boecker again focused on improved ease of use, clarity and efficiency for the user. Customer feedback was very important – and the Haver & Boecker team listened. What’s new this time? Plenty! Inside the analysis software, results and data from a variety of search and sorting functions can now be found faster in almost all areas of the interface. THE NEW GENERATION OF TEST SIEVE SHAKERS Haver & Boecker presents the new generation HAVER EML laboratory machines at ACHEMA 2015 “Making proven technology even better”. This is the motto under which the EML 200 range was revamped and improved. The HAVER EML 200 Premium offers practical innovation – it is much quieter than its predecessor model and so allows comfortable work in the laboratory environment along with high performance. Moreover the damping system has been overhauled. The transmission of vibrations to the base is strongly reduced by an improved damping system. The extra-large display provides a good overview and lets the machine t be operated intuitively. The new HAVER UFA for test sieving of critical materials under 300 µm. When it comes to particle analysis HAVER & BOECKER offers an extensive range of accessories and peripherals that allow precise and comfortable laboratory work. The HAVER UFA was specially designed for the test sieving of powders involving critical materials with a grain size under 300 µm. The clamping rings are fastened around the sieves to be shaken (for standard sieve diameters of 76.2 mm to 400 mm) so that a transmission of ultrasonic energy over to the test sieve’s screen cloth is enabled. In many cases, compared to classic three-dimensional screening, a significantly improved throughput is achieved through the combination of the laboratory sieve shaker and additional ultrasonic sieving. In some cases sieving is possible for the first time when other processes were needed previously or were not even possible. Sieving time is shortened for most materials because the ultrasonic agitation reduces the friction between the test sieve cloth and the particles. The
