Vibration screening machines: versatile and highly effective
Vibration screening is suitable for a wide range of bulk solids and tasks. Advantages of the JEL Konti II vibration screening machine: hygienic design; easy handling and fast screen change. Vibration screening machines are suitable for a wide range of bulk solids and screening tasks. This is mainly due to the various adjustment options: The key parameters such as screen inclination, vibration motor tilt angle and vibration motor imbalance can be quickly and easily adjusted to the specific screening task and can also be documented. Despite the relatively low amplitudes, vibration screening machines achieve high accelerations which reduce stuck particles and guarantee outstanding screening performance. Laterally arranged vibration motors, as with the JEL Konti II, allow for very compact screening machines with a low installation height which can be easily integrated into tight conditions. Additionally, the vibration screening machine JEL Konti II is popular for its Hygienic Design, easy handling and extremely fast screen change. In our latest product video you can explore how the handling works in detail and what the further advantages of this screening machine are.

New version of vibratory sifter ControMat
Control sifting of bulk material with new version of the ControMat Vibratory sifter. This control sifter is also available in ATEX version. Fuchs Maschinen AG offers a solution for the control sifting of bulk material: the ControMat VE 450 and VE 630 in square shape with various sifting capacities between 0,15 m² and 0,3 m². Up to now, the ControMat used to be delivered without outlet for foreign particles. The new version is rectangular and is provided with an outlet for oversized and foreign particles. The control sifter ControMat is mainly used in the food, the chemical and the pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to their modular building concept, individual sifter components can be easily adapted to the customer’s needs. Cleaning and replacing the sieve decks is extremely simple, as the ControMat can be dismounted without tools. A further advantage of the ControMat lies in the fact that it requires very little maintenance, limited to replacing the sieve gasket or the spring elements every couple of years. Optionally, the control sifter is also available in ATEX version.

Vibration screening machines: Round vs. Rectangular When a Round Vibro Screen Would be a Better Bet
Vibration screening machines: Round vs. Rectangular
When a Round Vibro Screen Would be a Better Bet Vibration screening machines are among the most popular screening machines on the market. No wonder, as this type of screening can be used for almost any product, with the exception of easily breakable bulk solids. It is particularly effective as the screening movement for vibration screening machines is, unlike with linear screening machines, vertical as well as horizontal, meaning even small vibration screening machines can achieve large levels of output. Vibration screening machines are available in a variety of different sizes and designs, meaning that the shape of the screen – which influences many different aspects of the screening process – probably plays the biggest role when it comes to selecting an appropriate machine. Round vibration screening machines which have specific benefits, and are even the better choice for some applications. Round screening machines Small space, large screening surface area – the low amount of space required per

Gentle Screening Meets Clever Handling New Long-Stroke Screening Machine by Engelsmann
Gentle Screening Meets Clever Handling
New Long-Stroke Screening Machine by Engelsmann Regardless of whether you are mixing, conveying or dosing – when it comes to handling fragile bulk solids, sensitivity is required. This particularly applies to screening machines, as the back and forth movement on the screen surface places a relatively high mechanical stress on the screening product. If this aspect is not taken into consideration when choosing and designing your screening machine, it can lead to an unwanted breakdown of grains which then results in an increased number of over- and undersized particles in the product, causing it to be no longer fit for purpose. A screening process that is gentle to the product is therefore a decisive criteria for many facility operators when it comes to choosing the right screening machine. An additional issue that screening machine suppliers have to face – aside from ensuring the quality of the screening product – is the demand for a machine handling that is a simple as possible. This requirement is commonly

Why you shouldn`t do without protective screening
This articles gives reasons why you shouldn’t do without protective screening in industrial manufacturing processes. Protective screening is probably one of the most common screening procedures in industrial manufacturing processes. You will learn why you shouldn’t do without protective screening, and what makes a good protective screen using the example of the reworked Engelsmann screening machine JEL Fix II. Why protective screening? Protective screens are used to eliminate disruptive foreign objects and impurities from bulk goods. These foreign objects can be plastic residues, for example, or metal parts such as screws which end up in the product by accident and can cause contamination. Lost knives for cutting bagged goods or protective gloves have also been found in products. To ensure a consistently high quality in the end product, these foreign objects must be separated before the product is put into its sales packaging. If this doesn’t happen, the worst-case scenario for the manufacturer is product recalls and a damaged public image. Contamination doesn’t just

Hygienic Screening Update JEL Fix becomes JEL Fix II
Hygienic Screening Update
JEL Fix becomes JEL Fix II The JEL Fix round screen is now available in a new variant which is not only more hygienic, but also convinces with better usability. The popular JEL Fix round screen is predominantly used as a protective screen for the separation of coarse fractions. Thanks to its slim and compact design, the new vibration screening machine easily finds space even in cramped production halls and can be integrated directly into a system without the base frame if required. In order to meet the growing demand for high-quality and hygienic screening solutions, Engelsmann now offers the new JEL Fix II, which convinces with easier cleaning and complies with the usual hygienic design criteria. Avoiding surfaces where product may accumulate and dead spaces, as well as easy accessibility of all parts for cleaning purposes, was the top priority in the redesign of the screening machine. In order to meet this requirement, the oscillating frame of the JEL Fix II is made entirely from stainless
