Blow Thru Sieve for pneumatic conveying

The Blow Thru Sieve™ has been designed and certified for use in pneumatic conveying lines, enabling processors to screen and transport material simultaneously. Its development has come about as a result of a need to check-screen powder during dilute-phase positive pressure pneumatic conveying. The Blow Thru Sieve ensures that ingredients coming in or final products leaving a plant are free from contamination.
By combining screening and transportation the sieve eliminates double handling, increasing efficiency. Its unique design allows the sieve to achieve phenomenal throughput rates, enabling processors to screen material as they load or unload tankers or silos without slowing the process.
