Cleanroom compatible drum stand in GMP design
The cleanroom-compatible drum stand from Bolz Intec in GMP design offers a number of advantages: It ensures maximum safety thanks to its hygienic design (EHEDG) in accordance with Guideline 9 without dead spaces, a stable construction made of 2 mm stainless steel and the use of high-quality stainless steel (1.4404/AISI316L) with a load capacity of up to 100 kg. In addition, it offers ergonomic handling without obstructive edges, maximum safety thanks to the drum’s stable position even without fastening, as well as resource conservation thanks to the emptying of residual flowable materials and easier cleaning. The extras include adaptation to all drum sizes with diameters from 315 to 770 mm, provision of documentation and 3.1 certificate, optional electropolishing and laser marking on request.

API Pack-Off Station without clean room requirement
This system enables the final packaging of an API in a contained (< 1 µg/m3) and GMP manner without the requirement of a clean room around the filling area. The system is designed in a way that the contamination of the powder from outside atmosphere or the exposure of the operator is at all times prevented. The discharge of the filter dryer (or other process equipment) is carried out by the PTS Feeder which is installed on load cells. The system allows transferring and dosing powder accurately and directly into drums. All the dosing procedure is fully automatic. The powder is directly sucked out of a dryer and transferred online through a conical mill. The product is filled into a continuous liner installed into a compact glove box (DCS Drum Containment System). The system comprises an inlet and an outlet HEPA filter. Drumming line installed for Werf & Vlasnatie in Antwerp
Drum palettising and filling line BP-matic installed recently a automatic drum palettsising and drum filling line for Werf & Vlasnatie in Antwerp. Automatic installation with an articulated 4-axis robot to paletise empty drums on a wooden pallet (4 drums of 200 liters/pallet or 9 drums of 60 liters/pallet. After palettisation, the drums are automatically transferred to 2 semi-automatic filling lines (filling by weight). Installation is partially executed in a flame proof version for use in hazardous area. Installation is capable to fill more than 120 drums of 200 litres/hour.
