New sales engineer in action since May We cordially welcome Kevin Walter to our team. Born in 1985 Kevin Walter is a new member of the UWT sales team since May this year. He likes to spend his leisure time in nature with biking and rock climbing. The certified engineer collected sales experience the last one and a half years at M-Net and will enrich the UWT-team as a sales engineer after intensive training. Kevin Walter will technically support the sales office and sales force, will take over the technical development of comprehensive projects (measurement, visualization, installation, commissioning) and will conduct technical trainings for employees and partners of UWT. He also will assist in customer meetings and product presentations and carry out the service and commissioning of the UWT units for our customers. We are pleased that from now on another competent partner for technical questions will be available for all employees, customers, distribution partners and subsidiaries of UWT.

Manfred Borkowsky from the regional office south retires By 1st of July, 2012 Manfred Borkowsky went into retirement and said goodbye after more than 33 years of service at Infastaub. The sales professional began his career with Infastaub in 1978. In his responsibility lay the regional sales office south. „During his time with Infastaub, Manfred Borkowsky has brought the sales in South Germany and the adjoining neighbouring states forward and continuously developed it. We wish him all the best for his future and thank him for his engagement and the long-standing trusting and successful cooperation“, says Berthold Geppert, General Manager Infastaub. With Andreas Müns an experienced and competent successor could be found for Manfred Borkowsky. A 3D-visualisation is the perfect solution to represent details, processes, operations and reactions within a filtering installation. The complex processes of a dust removal process using a bag filter are communicated in 3D-visualisation easily and clearly understandably. The planning accuracy and quality is increased many times over and offered its customers an even better service. The egineers are realizing the assemblies and components using the latest 3D software. The new system, coupled to a database, thus enables a more precise response to customer needs. Initially 12 employees were familiarized in an one week training with the new working tool. To consolidate the knowledge acquired, the employees will be supported another 2 weeks by the supplier in “daily business”.
