For vertical transport of humid, sticky and hot product a vertical screw conveyor is a good option. This vertical screw conveyor works on centrifugal force combined with the conveying of the screw. By this high speed execution the screw will be emptied, minimal product will be left in de screw conveyor. Alternative is low speed whereby the product by repression vertical is transported. Ingeniously simple level controls for bulk solids with UWT rotating paddle switches PNP Electronics The new PNP electronics for the Rotonivo® 3000 and Rotonivo® 4000 ranges uses 3-wire electronics technology with a non-contact output, open collector, PNP. The maximum output current is 0.4A. These electronics can be connected to any standard PLC with 24V DC power supply and PNP input card. The detection signal – the sensor switched to either ‘full/occupied’ or ‘empty/unoccupied’ – is not via micro switches as in the past, but using Hall sensors. Via two Potentiometers, both detection signals 1 and 0 can be time delayed. Additionally a jumper can be switched between FSH and FSL. Heating protection has been installed in the electronics in order for the device to be used in temperatures of less than -20 ° C. Resilient seated butterfly valve type Z 011-A with inflatable liner. TECHNICAL DATA The sealing system `INFLAS` was developed for highly abrasive or very sensitive media. It is available for all resilient seated EBRO butterfly valves with interchangeable seat. In closed position, the liner will be pressed against the disc using low air pressure.The media is sealed off securely. Before opening the disc, the chamber is vented behind the liner. This creates an air gap between the liner and the disc, hence low torque is required to open the valve. Transporter moves 3 Bag Filling Stations onder 12 Silos The group AVT has recently delivered a 10T wheel transporter to a German customer. The transporter will move 3 Bag Filling Stations under 12 Silos. This transporter is again a nice example of a transport system which is completely designed and produced `in house`. The wheel transporter consists of a quality steel tubular frame realized in two parts for easy shipment and which includes a series of supporting plates for connecting the machinery on the top. The transporter features some nice 4 heavy duty swivel wheels (retractable during the bags filling phase), 4 compact traction wheels (2 mounted in X end 2 in Y direction for omnidirectional movements) with ‘AC’ drive motors and proportional speed via frequency inverters, radio control, telescopic electrical box (for easy accessibility) and removable pneumatic box, 4x end-stops and flash lights to each corner of the transporter.

The Dutch Agro-Industrial Group "Royal Cosun" is currently building a pilot plant for developing processes for getting the most out of their raw materials and by-products. Cosun Food Technology Centre (CFTC), has approached Lindor specifically for mixing and drying of their products after the processing of their by-products. For these products the mixing and even more importantly the drying, should be conducted in a controlled manner without any side effects. The bio refining process Cosun wants to extract as much as possible from the crops they use. In the pilot plant the crop will be completely taken apart in several stages for conversion into valuable and useful new products. All kinds of materials originating from the cells will be converted to products used in the food, animal feed and chemical industries. The remaining bio mass will be used to generate "green energy".
