Masterflex Presents Innovative Product Highlights at Hannover Messe Trade F

The partner country for this year’s Hannover Messe Trade Fair – China – also plays an integral role for the Masterflex Group. The Asian management company Masterflex Asia Pte. Ltd. is currently being established in Singapore with a new subsidiary near Shanghai in China soon to follow. The Hannover Messe Trade Fair therefore provides an excellent platform to generate many new promising contacts in the Asian business world and also to help propel the Masterflex Group’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region even further.
Innovative products displayed at this year’s trade show booth will include:
A major highlight at this year’s show will be the innovative heated hose system, “templine”, which boasts a unique and highly efficient design with several heating strands spiralling around the entire length of the hose, which are fixed in place by a robust yet extremely flexible textile braiding. This results in a constant “heat shield“ for the complete hose and the materials it transports. Such is the versatility of the hose system that it can be used in a multitude of applications including the transport of cocoa, fats and oils for use in the chocolate and confectionary manufacturing industry, as well as in solvent processing and application in the packaging industry. The new high-tech hose is of particular interest to the field of process automation (robotics) within the automotive industry as well as to production plants within the cosmetics, food and beverage industries, where it provides highly precise product solutions.
Masterflex will also be presenting the newly developed hardly flammable hose range Master-PUR MHR se, which specifically fulfils the DIN 5510-2 standard for application in railed vehicles. These are used for ventilation and air-conditioning purposes in railed vehicles, as drainage hoses for rainwater and condensation from air-conditioning units, as well as suction/blower hoses for transporting highly abrasive solids within railed vehicles.
Yet another product highlight is the special Master-PUR Inline hose range, which impresses with its outstanding abrasion-resistance, smooth PU inner lining and optimum flow characteristics. It offers not only ideal conditions for the transport of problematic goods such as sand, gravel and cereals/grain, but also a wide range of applications, from glassworks, mineral processing plants, steelworks and quarries through to shipyards, docks and cement works.
