Top Job benchmarking survey result: staff enjoy working at UWT / Wolfgang Clement presents the award Betzigau – Top Job has been identifying and presenting awards for outstanding human resource (HR) management at German medium-sized firms for the past ten years. Continuous Batch Feeding System The patented Simatek Drum Feeder is next generation technology within gentle feeding of Simatek universal elevators. Wet Stack Dust Monitor PCME Accurate particulate emission measurement in wet gas stream processes, such as monitoring after wet scrubber abatement systems and processes where the flue gas falls below the dew point or has water droplet presence can be challenging. The new PCME STACK 181 WS utilises an extractive approach with heating which overcomes the problem of interference from condensation and water droplets when using an in-situ particulate monitor after wet collectors. Recently passing TUV testing against the QAL1 performance requirements, with a particulate monitoring certification range of 0-15 mg/m3 for wet gas streams marks a significant milestone. During his professional career he took over different functions within sales and distribution. Within Jörg Baldauf’s last position as Head of Sales, he was responsible for constructive explosion protection and for the construction of pressure shock resistant silos. At a specialist for drive systems in the cement industry he was employed as Area Sales Manager China. Nederman acquires Lebon & Grimbrair in the Netherlands Nederman buys Lebon & Grimbrair in the Netherlands. The two companies have cooperated for over 40 years and Lebon & Grimbrair has been a distributor of Nederman products on the Dutch market. Sales in Lebon & Grimbrair was about €12 million in 2011 and the company has 53 employees. Lebon & Grimbrair complements Nederman’s existing subsidiary in the Netherlands, providing Nederman with a full market presence and forming a strong base for bringing the full Nederman range of products, solutions and services to the Dutch market. The acquired company will be consolidated in the Nederman Group from January 5, 2012. Nederman expects that Lebon & Grimbrair will contribute positively to the result per share during 2012. Award for UWT for good cooperation in Belarus In early December UWT’s Managing Partner Uwe Niekrawietz, the Sales Director Thomas Schäfer and the export-sales employee Egor Woloschin visited UWT"s partner Evropribor in Vitebsk/Belarus. Purpose of the visit was an invitation to celebrate the 10th anniversary and the inauguration of the new company building. The program first was a detailed guide through the new building with a visit to the inventory, production, assembling and administration areas. Afterwards there were presentations of Evropribor looking back on 10 years of company history, a company presentation of Aplisens (Evropribor’s major partner) and a presentation of the UWT group. In the evening the inauguration of the new premises was celebrated in terms of a banquette. There was various evening entertainment - live music, comedy, dance show – true to the motto "Back in the USSR". Yellow scarves (see picture) should remind us of pioneers.
