Explosion prevention With the loading and unloading of bulk products in the ex-area a secure ground monitoring is necessary. For the ground monitoring of these installations the FARADO system was developed.

Bomatech, located in Wijk en Aalburg, the Netherlands, developed a vibrating sieve wherewith at the same time to large as well to small particles can be removed from the product flow. Special about this machine is that the double deck screens can be adjusted independently of each other in orifice so both, the size of the product by the upper deck as well the fineness of the product at the lower deck, can be accurately set the sizes of the passing product. For adjusting the orifice a specific mechanism is developed which is powered with electrical motors. This makes it possible to adjust the settings during operation of the machine. If desired, the machine can be provided with magnetic rulers so remote control of the orifice is possible. 23 Participants from 20 nations come together in the beautiful Allgäu region We look back to a very successful and interesting autumn training which took place from the 20th to 23rd of October. 23 participants of our international distributors from all over the world gathered at UWT headquarters in Betzigau. Represented were a total of 20 nations from around the globe including countries such as Tunisia, France, Estonia, Russia and Bahrain. After the joint factory tour we got down to business. The first day focused on the basic training concerning the individual UWT products Rotonivo, Vibranivo, Capanivo and Nivobob. The participants were particularly pleased with the workshops in which the certain materials of the different industry sectors could be tested on the devices. In addition, specific case studies and individual application reports concerning the relevant international markets of the distributors were highlighted.
