Everyone gathered together in the conference rooms at UWT GmbH –Level Control in Betzigau/Germany. After a short introduction by Joachin Hoessl – Manager, the Head Coach (Brian Caler) reviewed the campaign in 2012 - which targets have been reached, which have not and what areas require action. The Head Coach praised the attendance levels at training sessions, “To have 59 players in the training camps and to have up to 42 players in training during the campaign is a great base to work with”, said Brian Caler. However, there is still room for improvement - in discipline and also in speed during training – these areas need to be focused upon during the next campaign.
