The story of the successful assembly platform continues The DCAM (DEPRAG COMPACT ASSEMBLY MODULE) came into the world at a time when mobile phones were still being assembled by time-consuming manual procedures. Any manufacturer that could produce mobile phones faster and more cost-effectively would be ahead of the game. The assembly platform for use in industrial manufacture came into being and began on its course to conquer the world. The ExpoSolidos Organizing Committee has decided today to change the dates of the sixth edition of the event due to the general strike on November 14th 2012 in which will participate several European countries including Spain that was confirmed yesterday evening. RETSCH"s Planetary Ball Mill PM 100 CM The new Planetary Ball Mill PM 100 CM offers all the performance and convenience of the classic PM 100. It pulverizes and mixes soft, medium-hard to extremely hard, brittle and fibrous materials and is used wherever the highest degree of fineness down to the submicron range is required. It is suitable for dry and wet grinding. In contrast to the PM 100 the speed ratio of sun wheel to grinding jar is 1:-1, i.e. the mill operates in centrifugal mode. This results in a different ball movement so that the sample is not so much crushed by impact effects but more gently ground by pressure and friction which allows for a lower temperature rise in the grinding jar and less abrasion. NL - Bladel, October 3, 2012 - KSE receives order to expend the blending line of De Heus Veghel – The Netherlands. Hereby De Heus is better able to separate its raw materials and especially shorten the throughput. The two current ALFRA Oblong Weighers (LBW) of De Heus, who are producing over 30 years, will be transformed into four LBW`s. Renewing the discharge transport is, in this specific case, also in hands of KSE. The expansion shortens the throughput and achieves a better separation of raw materials. Each (dosing) weigher has pressure differences, which affect the dosing and weighing result. A new module in ALFRA dose&weigh compensates these differences and is able to provide a much more stable weighing signal. De Heus is thus assured of a faster and more accurate dosing result. Earlier this year, KSE optimized the automation of the press lines, after further standardization of the press in mechanical field. All these changes results in flexibility, higher
