The very first completely portable big bag filling machine, a recent development by European Machine Trading, has been provided to Koch Fertilizers in Bristol, United Kingdom. This machine will be used in a fertilizer port terminal, where mainly urea is packed in 600 or 1.000 kg big bags. With this highly flexible system it is possible to reach a big bag filling capacity of 120 to 150 tons per hour. This machine is also available for rent.

For the first time, it is possible to exchange the vanes on an air motor without completely disassembling the motor or even uninstalling the motor. This feature, which allows the motor to remain attached to the equipment, does not waste valuable production time needed for the removal of a motor for maintenance. By using an Allen-key and a tweezers, it is now possible to exchange the vanes within the shortest possible time and by untrained personnel. Therefore, the maintenance requirements, when compares with other commonly known motors, is considerable reduced. This new development is patented by DEPRAG SCHULZ GMBH & CO. and is available for the Basic Line Air-Motor series. The Basic Line Motors include three power-class series with 200W, 400W and 600W. There are eight different planetary-gears available for each power stage.
