Gluing instead of welding
The use of adhesive brackets when retrofitting vibrators and knockers on bulk goods containers reduces downtimes and protects containers. Vibrators and impactors are mounted on U-profiles, mounting brackets or metal plates (weld-on plates) for loosening, separating, compacting and sieving powders, granulates or pellets. In this way, containers and pipes are emptied and their walls cleaned, product blockages are dissolved and bulk material bridges are destroyed or, at best, avoided from the outset.
To guarantee these effects, suitable fastening elements must already be taken into account during system planning and subsequent construction. However, problems always arise in the not infrequent cases where a need for vibration technology subsequently arises (new bulk materials, changed recipes, etc.) and no suitable fastening options have been provided on high-quality systems (e.g. made of stainless steel). Welding, on the other hand, is not an optimal solution in retrospect, because on the one hand the surface quality can deteriorate, especially with thin-walled containers, hoppers or pipes, and there is
