This 9m long, 3m width drumscreen will be used In a recycling plant to screen incinarator bottom ash. After screening on particle size the recovery of valubale materials will proceed more efficient. GSort – The key to perfect separation With the GSort Allgaier Process Technology is presenting a completely redesigned separation table for efficient separation of dry and non-sticky moist materials according to their density. Thanks to its new design, the GSort can also be used for sorting tasks that could previously only be solved using water-based processes, e.g. setting machines. In contrast to previous separation tables, the GSort can solve a wider range of tasks not only in the recycling industry - especially with regard to heavy products such as slags or shredded scrap mixtures between one and 80 mm in size. Swiveling lever as contact sensor at silo filling pipe The MOLOSswing swiveling lever limit switch is mounted at the silo filling pipe as a contact sensor. As soon as a hose is connected, the swiveling lever has to be moved aside and thereby the switch is activated. There are different models with mechanical and inductive switches. For potentially explosive atmospheres a special inductive switch according to NAMUR standards is offered as well. Especially in tough surroundings like the construction or cement industry the MOLOSswing is the ideal solution in order to monitor the connection at the hose coupling of the silo filling pipe.

Poeth Big-Bag compactor Big-bags are increasingly being used in the processing of raw materials. After big-bags are emptied, they are often folded. Unnecessary dust is created during folding. This substance emission is avoided by means of a big-bag compactor with an integrated compressed air-cleaned filter, and the amount of waste is reduced to a minimum package. The empty Big-Bags are packed dust-tight at the end in an endless foil. The filter is suitable for very different powders from very fine to very sticky. The unit is mobile or non-mobile wheels, and equipped with its own control / control box. A traditional bag compactor is often used to compact empty big bags, but these often get stuck. The Poeth Big-Bag compactor, however, has been specially developed for big-bags. The system can be supplied fully ATEX certified internally and externally.

Waste-free conversion of phosphorus-containing sewage sludge ashes into high-quality stand At Powtech 2019 in Nuremberg, the plant manufacturing and process development specialist, Glatt, is presenting a groundbreaking waste-free process that recycles the phosphorus from ash to produce ready-to-use high-quality fertilisers. Glatt Ingenieurtechnik will be presenting a market-ready process at Powtech that fulfils the legal obligation of German waste disposal companies to recover phosphorus. In the first step of the two-stage "PHOS4green" process, a suspension is produced from the phosphate-containing ash, a mineral acid and, depending on the objective, other components. The suspension is then spray granulated in the fluidised bed.
