The exhibition appearance of Allgaier Process Technology at Powtech 2019 was all about digital innovations in connection with established core products and product innovations. The new Allgaier CD Dryer sets new standards in drying and production of dry substances from liquids, suspensions and solutions. The solids are dried by heat conduction from a steam-heated disc to the liquid product applied to the disc. The advantage over other contact dryers lies in significantly higher heat transfer surface with simultaneous small space requirement. The indirectly heated contact dryer offers high energy-efficiency compared to convective dryers and further a high degree of customizability in materiality and size. With a mobile Rhewum wa(U) screening machine across India. After the successful roadshow in India last year, our subsidiary RHEWUM india Pvt. Ltd. has again planned a roadshow through India this year. If the customer cannot come to the screening machine, we just come to the customer with the screening machine - that was the idea of a mobile Rhewum wa(U). This has already enabled us to carry out a successful roadshow in India last year. Various companies from the fertilizer, sugar and sand industries were visited. Since the transfer of theoretical know-how and the demonstration of practical examples for screening fertilizers, sand and sugar were very well received, we have planned a continuation for this year. Parsum at Powtech 19 At the Powtech 2019, Parsum shows how inline dispersion ensures precise measurements in a large variety of processes. Particle measurement without dispersion does not work. Therefore, lab technology comes with a broad range of accessory in order to separate powder, grains and granules as a requirement for measuring most everything, accurately. Even sieving, the classic way of analyzing, is not possible without mechanical dispersion. When continuously measuring particles inside a process without sampling and laboratory, inline dispersion is an exception. On the Powtech 2019, Parsum will present a wide range of dispersion equipment for their inline probes – the IPP-series. Digital service now with motion curve measurement Allgaier Process Technology again proves its innovation capability with the Release 2.0 of the Allgaier ProcessApp, which was presented at Bauma 2019. With this app, customers have a digital twin of their machine virtually in their pocket. In addition to the tumbler screening machine, the app is now available for other machine types such as the vibration screening machine VRS and the MSizer compact, extend and giant. Each new machine is equipped with its own QR code. The machine can be uniquely identified immediately by scanning the code. A digital twin of the machine and an interactive drawing guides the user of the App easily to the appropriate spare parts. The user can select and send inquiry for these parts from Allgaier Process Technology with one simple click. New short-deck-sizer with high screening performance Allgaier Process Technology/Frederik Mogensen AB launched a new short-deck-sizer with high screening performance, large capacity and a small footprint at the Bauma 2019: the MSizer compact. The MSizer compact replaces the very succesfull short-deck-sizer Mogensen G-Sizer. The sophisticated technology with several screen decks arranged on top of each other, with the topmost screen having the smallest and the bottommost screen having the greatest inclination, was further optimized in terms of technology, design and function principle to increased needs. The MSizer compact offers high screening performance, large capacity and a small footprint. It is driven by a single vibrator engine resulting in the typical elliptical motion pattern that counteracts blinding of the screens and loosens and stratifies the feed material. This device is used in a settling pit of a gas pipeline. There is ATEX zone 0, the most dangerous explosive atmosphere as a mixture of air and flammable gases. Furthermore, the device has to resist a pressure up to 100 bar. Not only this high-end-device, but also standard rotary paddle switches of the MOLOSroto series are an optimal solution for the monitoring of levels and processes in nearly any kind of application in the areas of loading, storage, processing and transportation. Maximum drying efficiency combined with low product temperatures After two years of development, Allgaier Process Technology is presenting a new, combined drum dryer/cooler system based on the Mozer system: the TK-D. This system makes it possible to take previously dried solids and cool them down to especially low temperatures, all the way down to nearly the ambient or cooling air temperature. Following the successful launch of the MSizer extend in 2017, Allgaier Process Technology/Mogensen GmbH & Co. KG has expanded its MSizer portfolio and presented the new MSizer giant at Bauma 2019 in Munich. The new MSizer giant is the most powerful and flexible long-deck classifier machine based on the Sizer principle. With a throughput of over 80 t/h, e.g. when screening granulated sugar, the MSizer giant becomes the largest sizer in the world. So the machine offers an average throughput increase of up to 35 % compared to the MSizer extend.
