Simplify grinding, mixing, alloying, homogenising in your lab
Insert the grinding bowl, start, finished. With automatic grinding bowl clamping, imbalance control and comminution down to the nano range, Planetary Ball Mills are the first choice for fast, loss-free fine grinding for efficient sample preparation for analysis of hard, medium-hard, soft, brittle and moist samples. The FRITSCH’s premium line Planetary Mills PULVERISETTE 5 and 7 can grind, alloy, mix and homogenise reliably at bowl speeds of up to 2200 rpm in a very short time down to a final fineness of < 100 nm. Sample quantities of 1 to 60 ml (PULVERISETTE 7) or 15 to 450 ml (PULVERISETTE 5) can be processed simultaneously at the two grinding stations. The Top 3 Advantages of the Planetary Mills premium line # Faster: final fineness down to <100 nm in 3 minutes due to high bowl speed of up to 2200 rpm # Safer: automatic grinding bowl clamping – user-independent, reproducible and safe # User-friendly: easy grinding bowl insertion and blockage of the start if operating state is impermissible For both wet and dry grinding, the process is easy to start due to the guided positioning of…

Fast representative results regarding particle size and shape
For statistical reasons, you would like to examine a larger sample quantity with regard to particle size and shape in order to increase the basic population? Fritsch shows the benefits of Dynamic Image Analysis over analysis via microscope. For statistical reasons, you would like to examine a larger sample quantity with regard to particle size and shape in order to increase the basic population? Or you need a direct statement about the particle size distribution? With the principle of Dynamic Image Analysis, the FRITSCH ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer offers all benefits of an analysis via microscope, but records due to the fully automatic process with up to 75 images per second a considerably higher number of particles. Instead of just one image, any freely definable number of images can be recorded and evaluated. You can see the result of the analysis directly without any complicated evaluation just like with a microscope. Your advantage: Faster, representative results and higher precision in evaluation. And that for a particle size from 20 µm up to 20 mm. Your advantages compared to microscope - Short measuring times of less than 5 minutes with up to 75 images per second - Semi-automatic process with…

Cannabis - Inspirations from the FRITSCH laboratory
The big challenge: the highest possible yield of the ingredients in the shortest possible time. This requires optimum, homogeneous grinding of the cannabis plant. No problem with FRITSCH technology. The most common method to extract the active ingredients from the cannabis plant is supercritical CO2 extraction. At a temperature above 31˚C and with high pressure, the CO2 gets into the supercritical state, where it acts as a solvent. Passed through a chamber containing the plant material, it still has the density of a liquid but can fill the entire chamber like a gas. The advantage: The CO2 extracts the cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant without causing denaturation or damage to the product. This produces a safe, high-quality, pure oil that can be processed for a variety of therapeutic uses. The big challenge: the highest possible yield of the ingredients in the shortest possible time. This requires optimum, homogeneous grinding of the cannabis plant. No problem with FRITSCH technology. Homogenization and characterization of CBD isolates Solid isolates of CBD can be produced as a nonhomogeneous “cake” of materials or as a mixture of loosely associated…
