Easy mounting on existing product lines Jesma BV introduces the JesCheck Carrousel for weighing and sorting out products This checkerboard is designed with focus on flexibility and optimization of existing product lines. The checkweigher optimizes a given production as weighing and sorting is directly integrated into the product line. The solution is very flexible and can be installed anywhere where cans/tins and similar Products that are moving on a conveyor have to be weighed without interrupting the product flow. The checkweigher operates in a rotating cycle, which is optimal when weighing products with a less stable base. the checkweigher is very suitable for product lines, where products are to be weighed at high speed with very small tolerances. Accuracy, reliability and ease of integration make this checkweigher the ideal weighing solution for product lines where no “traditional” checkweigher can be fitted. New housing part of the weighing system The new automatic hopper scales of Jesma are fully protected by a special housing to weigh accurately regardless of the weather. The weighing section is constructed completely isolated and internally shock- and vibration-independent.The electrical and pneumatic components are fully shielded as well and convenient through doors easily accessible. Because the systems are often used in ports, the protection is desirable. The housing also includes the transport safety items and simple calibration points. The standard is new series of 9 m3 / h to 900 m3 / h. (density 6.5 kg / l) Higher capacities are possible. MID / OIML R-107 and ATEX certified and available in 34 St. and stainless steel.

Dosing belts now available with OIML R50 certification Jesma introduces the new generation JesBelt A (Approved) dosing belts. Jesma dosing belts has developed a special series for OIML approved dosing of dry substances. These weighfeeders are not only highly accurate (+/- 0.25%) but also suitable for ATEX environment. The range is from 0,2 to 1000 t/h, with widths of 500-1600 mm. The dosing belts are available in St 34 or AISI 304. Applications are eg: truck / ship-loading, adding nearly all solids. Besides dosing belts Jesma provides various static, dynamic and continuous weighing solutions, often OIML verified and with high accuracy.

The Danish Jesma Vejeteknik A / S opens by February 1, 2016 an office in the Netherlands. The new company Jesma bv will be responsible for sales and service in the Benelux and will be based in Breda. Jesma A / S, founded in 1917, is a pioneer in the field of accurate- and custody transfer weighing solutions. With its own R & D and production is still one of the few independent companies that thinks in solutions and, where necessary, ”custom-made solutions” can offer. As a manufacturer of static, dynamic and continuous weighing Jesma has references all over the world with a global sales and service network to provide local support. The market is demanding more and more companies to think about the production process, to jointly develop improvements.

The correct choice for the weighing of small amounts The JesBelt-Mini is specially designed for weighing of small amounts of bulk material at low speed. Through careful design and a thorough selection of parts the JesBelt-Mini provides excellent reliability and optimum lifetime. With the limited space requirement the JesBelt-Mini is suitable for a wide range of process industries where high accuracy and linearity form the basis of an efficient production line. The Jesbelt-Mini is equipped with a high signal rate incremental encoder (Tacho). The Tacho is mounted to the idle drum of the conveyor, thus continuously monitoring the speed of the belt and alarming the operator by the slightest irregularity in the operation of the weigh feeder. The JesBelt-Mini is very compact and can be built in where only a limited space is available. The weigher is delivered including a scraper on the outside of the belt to ensure that all adhesive material is removed from the belt thus not influencing the weighing accuracy. The

Explosion prevention With the loading and unloading of bulk products in the ex-area a secure ground monitoring is necessary. For the ground monitoring of these installations the FARADO system was developed.

Approvable and versatile intake- and out-loading scale for bulk material With experience from more than 100 delivered intake scales, as well as a vast experience in weighing solutions in general. Jesma Weighing solutions from Vejle in Denmark has developed a complete program of intake scales specially designed for in-line weighing of bulk materials such as powders and granulates with focus on operational reliability and accuracy. The JesHopper Intake can be used in many industries from grain and feed milling to more heavy duty industries like e.g. the cement industry. The JesHopper intake can be used for raw material intake, in-line weighing in places were accuracy is very important as well as weighing the finished products into big bags. In this way the same technology can be used throughout the production making it easier for the employees to maintain and service the equipment. Accurate volume measuring in large silos, open bins and warehouses To have a high accurate inventory control system, Rembe GmbH , European distributor for APM 3D volume scanner systems, introduces the Multi Scanner System.
