The JesBelt-Mini is specially designed for weighing of small amounts of bulk material at low speed. Through careful design and a thorough selection of parts the JesBelt-Mini provides excellent reliability and optimum lifetime.

With the limited space requirement the JesBelt-Mini is suitable for a wide range of process industries where high accuracy and linearity form the basis of an efficient production line.

The Jesbelt-Mini is equipped with a high signal rate incremental encoder (Tacho).
The Tacho is mounted to the idle drum of the conveyor, thus continuously
monitoring the speed of the belt and alarming the operator by the slightest
irregularity in the operation of the weigh feeder.

The JesBelt-Mini is very compact and can be built in where only a limited space is
available.
The weigher is delivered including a scraper on the outside of the belt to ensure
that all adhesive material is removed from the belt thus not influencing the weighing
accuracy.
The JesBelt-Mini is as standard delivered complete with dust cover incl. inlet and dust
tray.
The dust cover is mounted with a small plexiglas window in the top, so the product
flow can be checked without removing the cover.
The dust tray is cleaned easily by removing the 2 small bolts on the back plate.
