In hygiene-critical production areas, the internal transport of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods places special demands on the transport equipment used. The drum cart from BOLZ Intec was developed specifically for these applications and combines hygienic design with robust construction and ergonomic handling.

The design takes into account the requirements of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group). The hygienic design facilitates easy and thorough cleaning, making it particularly suitable for production environments with high hygiene standards.

The drum wagon is designed for standard drums with a diameter of up to 560 mm and has a load capacity of up to 300 kg. This allows even heavy containers to be moved safely and comfortably within the production area.

A particular advantage is that the drum cart is fully washable. Even the casters can be cleaned at temperatures up to 80 °C. This allows the wagon to be integrated into existing cleaning and hygiene protocols.
The specially designed push handle ensures ergonomic transport. It allows for comfortable and safe handling and makes it easier to move the drums even over longer distances.

In addition to its hygienic design, BOLZ Intec offers a high-quality surface finish. For applications with particularly high requirements, the drum wagon is also available with an electropolished finish as an option.

As a result, the drum wagon offers a practical solution for in-plant material transport in sensitive production environments. It combines hygiene, cleanability, durability, and ergonomic operation in a single transport solution.
