Plansifter SIFTOMAT mini - compact and efficient
The SIFTOMAT mini is a powerful solution for screening small batches of a wide variety of bulk materials – ideal for laboratories and pilot plants.
The SIFTOMAT mini from FUCHS Maschinen AG is a compact for sifting very small throughputs and was developed specifically for use in laboratories, pilot plants, and small production environments.
As a mini version of the proven SIFTOMAT plansifter, the SIFTOMAT mini also uses the principle of flat, eccentric sieve movement. An eccentric drive sets the sieve stack in a uniform vibration, which treats the material to be sieved particularly gently and at the same time achieves high sieving quality and reproducible sieving results.
The plansifter is suitable for all classic sieving applications such as control sieving, dedusting and classification, making it versatile for use in bulk material processing, including in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries.
Thanks to its extremely compact design, the SIFTOMAT mini requires only a small footprint without compromising on performance and functionality. A particular advantage is the extremely quick and tool-free dismantling of the sieve box, which is especially important when changing products or sieves frequently. The flat screen machine thus meets the high hygiene and cleaning requirements that are standard for contract manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and foodstuffs. The components that come into contact with the product are lightweight and allow for ergonomic, easy handling during the cleaning process.
The SIFTOMAT mini is available with either one or two sieve decks. As standard, all parts that come into contact with the product are made of 1.4301 stainless steel. Optionally, versions made entirely of stainless steel are available, in which the components that come into contact with the product can be manufactured in 1.4404 stainless steel. In addition to its high process reliability, the flat screen machine also impresses with its low-maintenance design, which contributes to low operating costs. Combined with its comparatively low purchase price, the SIFTOMAT mini is a particularly cost-effective solution for precise sifting applications with small throughputs.
