For Dustcontrol and HVAC applications Dustcollectors and HVAC-installations which are placed in a ATEX-zone, must be equipped with suitable controls and measuring devices. In order to detect the saturation of filtermedia, a pressure differential module is extremely important! Currently a pressure differential module is introduced which is to be applied in zone 22 (dust). The pressure drop over the filter is measured and several signals are generated: start/ stop cleaningfunction and alarm. The actual value is read out locally and by means of 4-20mA analog signal.
