Eirich unveils hygienic CleanLine C150 multiprocessor at Powtech 2026

Eirich is introducing the hygienic CleanLine C150 one-pot multiprocessor at Powtech 2026. The system combines mixing, granulating and drying in a single vessel for larger production batches.

One-pot processing for larger batch sizes

At Powtech 2026, Eirich is presenting the hygienic CleanLine C150 one-pot multiprocessor for the first time. The system expands the CleanLine series to larger production scales, offering a working volume of 150 litres.

Multiple process steps in a single vessel

The multiprocessor combines basic unit operations such as mixing, dispersing, granulating, coating, kneading and drying within a single processing chamber. Additional features including heating, cooling and vacuum processing allow flexible handling of temperature-sensitive materials without product transfer.

Hygienic design for fast product changes

Designed for sectors such as food, specialty chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, the unit minimizes dead spaces. FDA-compliant materials and easily removable components enable quick cleaning and reduce contamination risks.

Practical development and scale-up

Applications range from functional additives to micro-encapsulation. At Eirich's test centre, process parameters can be evaluated using actual raw materials to prepare for full-scale production.

Eirich is redesigning its pricing structure for original wear parts
Following a comprehensive recalculation, numerous components will be offered at significantly lower prices, in some cases by up to 50 percent. The expert for mixing and preparation technology is redesigning the global price structure for its original wear parts starting in March 2026. This is based on increases in efficiency and productivity that Eirich has realized in manufacturing and order processing in recent years. The company is using these improvements to provide even better support to its customers regarding the cost-effectiveness of their systems. Numerous components will be offered significantly cheaper in the future – depending on the component, by up to 50 percent in individual cases. Efficiency gains as the basis for the new price structure In recent years, Eirich has invested specifically in the modernization of its manufacturing processes. Automated production workflows, leaner internal processes, and new international cooperation within the Eirich Group with synergies in procurement and manufacturing have led to measurable cost reductions in the production of wear parts. ”We have consistently…
