Eirich is redesigning its pricing structure for original wear parts
Following a comprehensive recalculation, numerous components will be offered at significantly lower prices, in some cases by up to 50 percent.
The expert for mixing and preparation technology is redesigning the global price structure for its original wear parts starting in March 2026. This is based on increases in efficiency and productivity that Eirich has realized in manufacturing and order processing in recent years. The company is using these improvements to provide even better support to its customers regarding the cost-effectiveness of their systems. Numerous components will be offered significantly cheaper in the future – depending on the component, by up to 50 percent in individual cases.
Efficiency gains as the basis for the new price structure
In recent years, Eirich has invested specifically in the modernization of its manufacturing processes. Automated production workflows, leaner internal processes, and new international cooperation within the Eirich Group with synergies in procurement and manufacturing have led to measurable cost reductions in the production of wear parts.
”We have consistently optimized our processes, from manufacturing to order processing. These efficiency gains now create the scope to adjust our price structure and offer our customers competitive conditions in the long term. Transparency and a reliable partnership are our top priorities,” explains Sabine Imhof, Head of Customer Service – Spare Parts at Eirich.
Reliable original parts in a changing market environment
In recent years, spare and wear parts have become continuously more expensive in many industrial sectors. At the same time, the competition has changed. In addition to traditional competitors, providers of replica and counterfeit parts are increasingly appearing, arguing primarily on the basis of price.
Eirich counters this with a clear orientation: thanks to internal progress in efficiency, it is possible to offer original wear parts at more attractive conditions – with unchanged quality, precision fit, and manufacturer approval. Operators thus receive an economical solution without having to compromise on safety, process stability, and warranty issues.
Investment protection for durable systems
Eirich mixers are in use worldwide in various industries. Many systems have been running for several decades, often in multi-shift operation, and are a central component of the production process. Their longevity is based not only on the design but significantly on the quality of the components used.
Wear parts influence mixing results, process stability, and system availability. Replica components that do not fit precisely or deviate in quality can shorten service life and cause consequential damage to elementary components.
”Our machines are designed for decades of operation. This includes offering our customers technically suitable and economically viable solutions for wear parts in the long term. With the new price structure, we support operators in permanently securing their investment in Eirich systems,” says Imhof.
Life cycle partnership instead of individual sales
The redesign of prices for Eirich original parts is part of a further development of the service offering. Wear parts are not seen as an isolated product, but as a component of support over the entire life cycle of the machine.
Upon request, customers can receive an analysis of their current wear situation, which is developed on the basis of operating data or previous orders. The goal is to make replacement intervals more predictable, avoid unplanned downtime, and transparently evaluate the total cost of ownership of the system.
”Our offer is also aimed at operators whose service relationship has been less intensive in recent years. With the adjusted price structure and an expanded service portfolio, we want to reconnect these customers more strongly to the manufacturer’s service and support them comprehensively in safe and economical operation,” explains Imhof.
