Gericke’s GMS Compact Mixer supports a wide range of applications, from agile product development, process upscaling and pre-mix preparation to direct process integration. Its gentle mixing action is ideal for sensitive powders, granules, and blends, ensuring minimal segregation and consistent results. The system is also easy to dismantle and sterilise, supporting both out-of-place cleaning and rapid reassembly.
The proven twin-shaft design creates a fluidized mixing zone for fast, gentle, and energy-efficient mixing, even with fragile or high-value materials, while supporting process variability and liquid injection to enhance formulation flexibility for diverse mixing needs.
A key advantage of the GMS Compact lies in its versatility and ease of use. With usable volumes ranging from 1 to 20 litres, it is ideal for laboratories, pilot plants, and small production batches. The mixer features interchangeable mixing chambers and tools, allowing rapid changeovers and thorough cleaning. This is critical for frequent recipe changes and avoiding cross-contamination. The robust, fully industrial design ensures reliable operation, while the compact footprint saves valuable space.
Its mobile, standalone configuration requires only a standard electric supply (220 V AC/50 Hz), with no need for pressurized air. The controller is integrated. Advanced mixing information and parameter settings can be easily done via browser access from tablet or laptop. Wired or wifi connections are available.
