There is a change at the helm of the packaging machinery manufacturer, Greif-Velox, based in Lübeck, Germany. Effective February 1, 2024, Sebastian Pohl, the former Director of Sales & Marketing, joins the management team alongside Thorsten Köll. ”We are excited to unite as a team, placing an even stronger emphasis on meeting the market demands and catering to our customers,” state the two Managing Directors. ”Confidently building on the successes of past years, we will propel the company forward with strategic thinking, dedication to excellence, and a commitment to innovation.” With its recent international expansion, Greif-Velox has strengthened its position in the liquid and powder filling sector. 2024 kicks off with a high-speed start The customer FOSFA a.s. from the Czech Republic visited Greif-Velox in Lübeck right at the beginning of the year for the FAT of their new BVP gross pneumatic packer. The BVP 4.40 high-speed pneumatic packer with a bandwidth of 4 KG bags up to 40 KG bags adapts flexibly to customer requirements. The system efficiently bags up to 400 bags per hour and can be supplemented with additional spouts, making it possible to bag up to 1,600 bags per hour.

Ladders to success and plenty of freedom for new customer projects at Greif-Velox Following the punctual delivery of all customer systems last year, the tidy assembly hall in Lübeck once again offers sufficient space for upcoming projects. Depending on the respective equipment, up to 5 customer systems can be assembled here at the same time and prepared for customer acceptance (FAT).
