FACHPACK - European trade fair for packaging, technology and processing FACHPACK is one of the main events in Europe for companies that produce and use packaging. It has been held in Nuremberg for over 40 years. The packaging fair provides a compact but comprehensive insight into all relevant topics from the packaging industry. This includes solutions for product packaging for industrial and consumer goods, packaging aids and packaging materials, but also for packaging production, packaging technology, logistics and packaging systems or printing.

Our company was founded exactly 32 years ago today, on 22 November 1991 Since then, we have experienced an impressive journey through challenges and successes. What began with control technology has become an important player in the bulk solids industry and the market leader in solutions for silo logistics, bagging and packaging technology over the last three decades. We have successfully realised numerous highly innovative research projects. Today, our customers include big player#s such as Lanxess, Evonik, BASF, Lyondellbasell, Sabic and Borealis, who place their trust in us and work with us again and again on new projects. We are proud of the fact that we are not only successful in Germany, but have also been recognised on an international level. We are determined to continue to drive our innovations and pursue our mission with our customers and partners with the same passion that inspired us 32 years ago.

An insight into the industry and expectations for the coming year. What are the company’s main areas of activity? Weighing, bagging and control technology. Palletising technology/ palletising solutions. Complete systems, silo discharge, packaging machines, truck loading technology, plant engineering, silo control. In addition: customer service, calibration preparation and calibration, spare parts service, weighing components. We serve customers from all industries who need to pack their products (their bulk goods) for further processing and transport. The bulk industry has benefited from significant technological advances. Automated conveying and handling systems, sensor technologies and IoT applications have significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of moving, processing, packaging and transporting bulk materials. Increased efficiency through machines: processes are taken over that human workers can no longer and no longer necessarily perform.

This time we dared to do something new and registered at Fakuma in Friedrichshafen, the industry-specific trade fair for the plastics industry. Our ”experiment” was a success and our participation at Fakuma was a great success. Our stand attracted many interested visitors and we were able to make valuable contacts. The trade fair not only fulfilled our expectations, but also motivated us in particular to take on even greater challenges in the future in order to break new ground. We would like to thank our team and the organisers of Fakuma for their outstanding efforts in the preparation and implementation.

We offer trials for your logistics and packaging process in the test station with our palletizing robot Ai1800 directly at our premises. Our customers have to react to the changes in the market for different requirements and processes. We simulate the processes suitable for your (logistics) projects in order to look for an efficient solution, if necessary also problem-free with your own bulk materials and final packaging. Our well thought-out palletizing systems facilitate effective and economical handling. We develop individual automation solutions in the form of automatic palletizing systems that optimally complement your logistics processes and increase the efficiency of production and contribute to a reduction in costs.
