This year, JACOB Pipework Systems will be exhibiting new products and solutions for a wide variety of applications at the POWTECH in Nuremberg again. Visitors will find JACOB in hall 4A, booth 435. This year, JACOB has brought several innovations onto the market. These have already been designed and carefully optimised over the past years in cooperation between the experienced development teams within the JACOB Group. Several innovations * The BFM compensator: The solution for dampening oscillations and vibrations or for decoupling individual parts of a pipe system. A cooperation with BFM. * Magnetic separator: Removes the smallest ferrous impurities from free-flowing bulk materials and exhaust air, e.g. for the safe production of food or to protect downstream machines. * The horizontal cyclone: Can be used for the recovery of raw materials, but also for cleaning the air flow through reliable particle separation. Compact shape - same effect. * The JacBox: The professional and mobile solution with which you can quickly and easily produce JACOB quality lips directly on site. National and international guests accepted the invitation from JACOB Pipework Systems to its Innovation Day 2023. Exciting lectures, workshops, a panel of experts, and a factory tour ensured entertaining and interesting event days in Porta Westfalica. On June 14th and 15th, 2023, JACOB Pipework Systems held an Innovation Day at the company headquarters in Porta Westfalica. After an initial get-together, there were many interesting stations on the program for the 60 national and international guests. Managing Director Patrick Jacob presented the future of cooperation with JACOB Pipework Systems in his presentation. Lectures on innovations in the field of sales, the further development of the supply chain, and other specialist lectures filled the first day of the Innovation Day. In addition to live music, the evening event featured a hearty barbecue, refreshing drinks and, above all, many interesting conversations. On the second day, the participants were guided through many interesting stations. In a workshop, the guests were able to help shape future JACOB products and services. JACOB Pipework Systems is extending its range of products and now offers innovative industry solutions. The new products are available as of now and give more options to manufacturers and plant contractors when planning industrial pipework systems. This year, JACOB introduces several new innovations onto the market. These were developed over the years and carefully optimised by the experienced developer teams of JACOB in cooperation with the company’s subsidiary, Lufttechnik Gransee. The BFM® Compensator JACOB and BFM® – now available in modular form. In pipework systems, it is often necessary to dampen oscillations and vibrations or to uncouple individual parts of a system. To obtain the best possible performance, JACOB and BFM ® have combined their respective systems into one product. The BFM ® spigot is now available from JACOB with a 6 mm lip. This component allows users to optimally combine the modular BFM ® compensator, which consists of two spigots and one connector, with JACOB’s recognised pull-ring system.
