The first Macher Day was a complete success: More than 900 young guests accepted the invitation to the company premises in Porta Westfalica and experienced a day full of action, inspiration and real manual labour. In cooperation with the YouTubers of the Real Life Guys, the site was transformed into a lively hands-on festival - the first of its kind organised by a company.

Whether it was tree climbing, welding, driving an excavator or other hands-on activities on interactive machines - the motto everywhere was: roll up your sleeves and try it out for yourself. The Macher Day was an event for all those who prefer to get stuck in rather than just watch.

The Macher Day impressively demonstrated how much energy and enthusiasm is released when people have the opportunity to try things out. The response was so positive that a continuation is already being considered.
