JACOB is expanding its portfolio with two new products: the E-Drive series and the magnetic separator as a fork piece. With its new E-Drive series, JACOB is focusing on maximum energy efficiency and modern electric drive technology as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to pneumatic solutions. The E-Drive drives impress with fast changeover times, high drive power and intuitive, tool-free setup. Thanks to various control options, the drives can be flexibly integrated into existing systems. Fully electric operation enables annual CO₂ savings of up to 40 kilograms compared to pneumatic drives and ensures permanently efficient and low-maintenance operation. Another new addition to the range is the magnetic separator as a fork piece, which enables efficient separation of metallic contaminants in the conveyed material. We were the first company to organise a Macher Day, based on the Real Life Guys’ Macher Festival. The first Macher Day was a complete success: More than 900 young guests accepted the invitation to the company premises in Porta Westfalica and experienced a day full of action, inspiration and real manual labour. In cooperation with the YouTubers of the Real Life Guys, the site was transformed into a lively hands-on festival - the first of its kind organised by a company. Whether it was tree climbing, welding, driving an excavator or other hands-on activities on interactive machines - the motto everywhere was: roll up your sleeves and try it out for yourself.
