The PRINCIPAC, CERTOPAC, ACROPAC and CIRCUPAC open-mouth bagging systems are designed for polyethylene (PE), woven polypropylene (PP) and paper bags with a filling weight of 5 kg to 50 kg. The high-performance segment is rounded off by the SYSTEM-T FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machine for bag processing from tubular film and the SYSTEM-F vertical FFS machine for bag processing from flat film.

Optimisation of big bag filling for mineral products
The Austrian company Herzer Bau- u. Transport GmbH is based in Vienna and Groß Enzersdorf. Production of sand, gravel and crushed stone is part of their daily business. As part of the modernization of its internal packaging and transport processes, Herzer‘s objective was to optimize their existing manual processes and increase automation. Manual processes such as manually inserting pallets or lifting and transporting filled big bags individually using forklift trucks, proved to be time-consuming and labor-intensive. Herzer formulated clear goals in order to meet the increasing demand and optimize internal processes: The new solution should enable a throughput of 45 big bags per hour, operate largely automatically and allow the handling of different types of big bags and materials. Additionally, improvements in personnel-related costs are expected to emerge. The products being filled have different flow properties, which presented a challenge for the changeover.

The company Josef Leimüller GmbH from Salzburg has been packaging a wide variety of feed mixtures of the highest quality for birds, rodents, horses and many other species since 1983. Josef Leimüller GmbH currently produces over 170 different feed mixtures. Previously, the various products were packaged manually. Together with STATEC BINDER, the company recently finalized the switch to a fully automated packaging process. New assembly hall for Static Binder in Gleisdorf
Static Binder has extended her assembly hall to 5000 square meters, incorporating 19 office workstations and a warehouse for spare parts. The construction of our new assembly hall at our headquarters in Gleisdorf has been successfully completed. We have recorded the most important steps of the project for you – from the construction site to the finished building. See the video for the construction of the hall in a fast motion. On 5000 square meters the bagging and palletizing systems are now assembled and tested for our customers. The existing assembly hall has been doubled in size – 2500 square meters of floor space have been increased to 5.000. This has also resulted in a significant increase in assembly capacity. In addition, 19 office workstations are now in the extension as well as the warehouse with the dispatch of spare parts. The old and new buildings are now housed together in one large hall, thus combining the entire assembly process at one location.
