In addition, the PrinciPacis a true all-rounder when it comes to adaptability to product characteristics. For example, the installation of a dust-tight filling clamp can reduce dust production to a minimum, which is why the PrinciPacis also suitable for moderately flowing products. The 10-50 kg bags can also be automatically labeled by the machine.
The fully automatic AcroPacpackaging system with its medium performance is ideal for small and medium-sized companies. With a capacity of up to 600 bags per hour, it is ideal for entry into the fully automated packaging process and small quantities. The AcroPaccan also fill weights of 10-50 kg and, with a variety of optional features such as a bag vibration device, is highly flexible and therefore suitable for a wide range of products.
How to select a palletizing system

The capacity can also be reduced as needed to prevent waiting times. Principal-H impresses with its high quality and stable construction, which also enables a service life of several decades.
In addition to the high-layer palletizer, Statec Binder offers the Principal-R robot palletizer. The Principal-R palletizes up to 1,400 units per hour, and not just on pallets. The robot palletizer is designed to stack bags on so-called sling bags. The robot gripper arm allows the system to achieve a clean layer pattern and high flexibility at the same time.
