More than 250 individual machines for packaging and palletizing plastic granules as well as plastic powders have already been sold worldwide. The highly efficient systems impress with their high speed, their reliability in operation and their user-friendly operation, which saves companies time and money in the packaging process.
Statec Binder is an expert in this field thanks to its many years of experience in filling, packaging and palletizing petrochemical bulk goods. When bagging petrochemical products, it is not only the customer’s plant requirements that are important. Above all, care must be taken to handle explosive products safely. As various products from this industry can become statically charged and thus lead to a risk of explosion. Therefore, Statec Binder systems are designed in an ATEX version if required. This means that all necessary safety measures can be taken. In addition, the machines have numerous safety sensors that guarantee an immediate stop of operation in emergency situations, which reduces the risk of injury to machine operators or personnel. Simple and user-friendly maintenance also ensures a high level of safety and intuitive handling. This leads to a minimum of production downtime and an enormously low downtime of the systems.
The high quality of the processed machine parts enables a long lifetime of the machines as well as cost and time savings with regard to spare and wear parts. Different product characteristics require different measures: Statec Binder machines are therefore individually adapted to the needs and requirements of the customer and also take into account the flow behavior of the product. In this way, the best possible production capacity can be achieved for our customers.
The System-T form-fill-seal packaging machine or the Principac or Certopac open-mouth bagging machines are very popular with customers for packaging plastic granulate or plastic powder. The System-T FFS packaging machine combines the highest packaging quality from PE tubing with a high production capacity of up to 2400 bags per hour. This machine is particularly popular in the petrochemical industry as it combines high packaging quality with an enormous production capacity. It can be adapted to specific customer requirements through various options, such as the integration of a high-performance scale for maximum accuracy when weighing the products or an automatic reel change.
The Principac and Certopac packaging machines are ideal for processing open-mouth bags with or without side gussets. They are both fully automatic high-performance machines and are ideally suited for a capacity of up to 1500-2000 bags per hour. They offer a high degree of flexibility and process bags made of polyethylene, polypropylene and paper. The open-mouth bagging machines offer various options such as a dust-tight filling clamp, a venting unit for the bag closure or FFS Combi variants.
In order to meet modern customer requirements, a new packaging and palletizing solution has been specially developed. The new Stratosline product line will soon be officially available to our customers and has been specially developed for the petrochemical industry. This much in advance: The new Stratosline product line achieves a capacity of 3,000 bags per hour, which is incomparable on the market. The patented solution comprises the Stratospac high-speed FFS packaging machine and the Stratospal high-speed palletizer, which features unique conveyor technology via two conveyor belts.
