RETTAR 3DPro2300: Solving Dust Challenges in Soybean Meal Silos

RETTAR introduces the 3DPro2300, a 3D scanner designed to overcome material adhesion and irregular surfaces in soybean meal silos, offering feed and livestock industries enhanced inventory accuracy.
In the bulk solids sector, accurate volume measurement of soybean meal is often hindered by fine particle adhesion and the formation of irregular material cones or bridges. These factors frequently lead to signal attenuation and significant data discrepancies when using traditional point-level sensors.

Advanced Scanning Technology for Full Silo Visibility

The 3DPro2300 utilizes a rotational scan covering 360° horizontally and ±90° vertically to eliminate blind spots. This ”visual engine” provides a comprehensive map of the silo interior, capturing material sticking to walls and uneven piles to ensure data integrity.

Design Focused on Maintenance and Safety

The scanner features a compact, non-invasive design requiring only a small roof opening. To support industrial safety, it includes remote self-diagnostics and status indicators, allowing engineers to monitor hardware health without entering high-dust, hazardous environments.

Seamless Integration into Digital Ecosystems
The system is compatible with Windows and Linux, supporting various communication protocols for Industry 4.0 applications. Key features include:
  • Direct linking to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Real-time data sharing with ERP platforms
  • Support for automated production scheduling

Certified Quality for Long-Term Industrial Use

Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 standards, the 3DPro2300 has received the Process Innovation Award. This certification confirms the device’s reliability for continuous operation in demanding grain storage environments.

RETTAR anticipates a shift toward Autonomous Inventory Ecosystems. By leveraging AI and 3D spatial sensing, the company aims to replace manual monitoring with fully automated, high-safety standards for global bulk solids management.

RETTAR 3DPro2300 Honored with Process Innovation Award
This prestigious recognition marks a significant milestone in autonomous core technology, highlighting RETTAR’s commitment to delivering ”Silo Transparency” and high-quality digital solutions for the global process industry. Beijing Rettar Technology Co., Ltd. (RETTAR) is proud to announce that our self-developed 3DPro2300 Radar Scanner has been honored with the AchemAsia Process Innovation Award in Shanghai. This prestigious recognition marks a significant milestone in autonomous core technology, highlighting RETTAR’s commitment to delivering ”Silo Transparency” and high-quality digital solutions for the global process industry. The Problem: Manual Risk and Inventory Blind Spots In traditional industrial environments, managing inventory has often been a matter of ”estimation” rather than precision. Manual measurement is not only inefficient but creates severe safety hazards for personnel. Furthermore, legacy single-point sensors fail to account for irregular material surfaces, such as cones or depressions, leaving plant managers with critical data blind spots and operational uncertainty. The Solution: Radar for Absolute Transparency To solve these challenges, RETTAR engineered

RETTAR Nominated for Global 2026 Leaders in Automation Awards
Beijing Rettar Technology Co., Ltd. (RETTAR) has been officially nominated for the 2026 Leaders in Automation Awards. This recognition comes from Control, a top international magazine for the automation industry. Being nominated proves that RETTAR’s 3D scanning technology is making a real impact on how companies monitor bulk materials like coal and minerals. Industry Recognition for Technical Excellence The Leaders in Automation Awards are highly respected because they are organized by the experts at PMMI Media Group, who publish Control. Unlike other traditional industry lists, this award is determined through a rigorous voting process. This means the recognition is granted not by a committee, but by thousands of frontline automation engineers and technical decision-makers who rely on these technologies to maintain system integrity in critical process industries. For RETTAR, being nominated for these awards shows that their 3D mapping technology is a leader in the field. It highlights the company’s ability to provide radar tools that work reliably in tough places like mines, power plants, and heavy factories. This nod from the industry confirms that RETTAR is helping

Seeing Through the Dust: 3D Mapping Ends Bulk Storage Blind Spots
In an era of precision fuel management, the RETTAR 3DPro2300 eliminates the ”Black Box” of coal bunkers. Using 3D Spatial Mapping, it replaces risky manual audits with real-time, high-density data for smarter, safer operations. In 2026, the energy sector’s push toward high-quality development has reached a critical inflection point. As ”Carbon Emission” targets and intelligent mine construction accelerate, fuel management precision now dictates cost control and market competitiveness. For power plants, coking facilities, and port terminals, coal bunkers are no longer mere storage units; they are critical data nodes linking procurement, scheduling, and operational decision-making. The Operational ”Black Box”: High-Stakes Uncertainty Despite digital advancements, the interior of a massive coal bunker remains a high-risk ”black box.” Industrial operators consistently face three systemic pain points: - Inventory Shrinkage & Discrepancy: Monthly audits frequently reveal variances of hundreds of tons between book value and physical stock. When a 10,000-ton silo suffers a 5% margin of error, the resulting financial fluctuation is unacceptable. - Manual Safety Risks: Legacy point-level
