RETTAR: Eighteen Years of Engineering Industrial Precision

Pioneering Excellence in Global Process Measurement

From its inception, RETTAR has been a technology-driven enterprise focused on providing high-precision, intelligent sensor solutions for the coal, mining, grain, and construction sectors. We launched our journey with the self-developed CPR6500 radar level meter, establishing a baseline for reliability in demanding environments. Our mission has always been clear: to empower global industry with a high-precision measurement ecosystem that turns complex raw data into actionable operational safety.

Evolution: From Legacy Points to Spatial Intelligence

The evolution of our product line reflects the shifting needs of the global energy and mining sectors. In 2009, we introduced Guided Wave Radar Level Meters with patented sampling pulses, followed by the 26GHz High-Frequency Radar Level Meters in 2011, which significantly improved penetration in high-dust environments. By 2016, our Multi-point Average Sensors shifted the industry focus from isolated single-point data to comprehensive thermal mapping.
The true technical leap occurred in 2019 when we broke frequency limits with 80GHz radars. While Legacy Single-Point systems often left plant managers blind to material ”cones” and irregular topography, our 80GHz technology compressed the beam angle to a sharp 3°.

Technical Milestone: The 3D Scanning Revolution

In 2020, we launched the 3DPro2300 Radar Scanner, a benchmark in Modern 3D Spatial Mapping. Utilizing Terahertz FMCW technology, this system performs multi-dimensional scans to generate high-density point clouds. By integrating AI and machine learning, it calculates volume, mass, and level with unprecedented accuracy.
Unlike traditional sensors, the 3DPro2300 provides a 360° visual of material surfaces in just 10 seconds. Its IP67-rated design ensures functionality even when covered by material, marking our transition from a hardware supplier to a comprehensive Smart Manufacturing Solution Provider.

Global Compliance and Industry 4.0 Connectivity

As we look toward Global Compliance, our recent innovations—including the Na22 Density Meter (2023) and 3D Laser Scanners (2024)—prioritize ”Zero-Climb” safety (ESG). By allowing non-invasive installation and remote monitoring, we eliminate the need for personnel to enter high-risk zones.
To support the transition to Industry 4.0, our entire matrix is built for connectivity. We support OPC UA, MQTT, and Modbus TCP protocols, ensuring that high-integrity data flows seamlessly from the sensor to the centralized control system. Our 2023 brand evolution to ”Deep Purple” reflects this integration; the ”Mountain” in our logo represents the stability of solid measurement, while the ”River” symbolizes our fluid mastery over liquid dynamics.
