The RHEduo® is built for the long haul. Its robust construction ensures a typical service life of at least 25 years, with minimal maintenance required. Oversized inlets and outlets prevent overloading, even during feed fluctuations, so the machine never runs full and material flow remains uninterrupted. Each screen mesh on both machines can be replaced individually in just 15 minutes, minimizing production losses and maximizing uptime.

Potash processing often involves elevated product temperatures, typically between 140 and 160°C. Many screening machines potassium processors struggle under these conditions, especially when using traditional knocker systems for screen cleaning. Knockers are not only sensitive to high temperatures, but they also generate excessive noise, can damage the screen mesh, and require frequent maintenance.
The RHEduo® overcomes these challenges with a chain cleaning system that keeps the screen mesh clear without the drawbacks of knockers. This approach ensures reliable operation, even at high temperatures, and further reduces maintenance needs.

Each RHEduo® features a triple-deck configuration, providing six independently controllable screening surfaces in total.
