The rotary paddle switches of the MOLOSroto series are the ideal solution for level monitoring in the areas of storage, processing and transportation. Fine powders of the pharmaceutical industry can be reliably measured as well as sand and coarse gravel for the building material industry or plastic granular or wood pellets.

In order to match this extensive scope of tasks the MOLOSroto devices are provided in thirteen different basic versions. One of them is the MOLOSroto DF21 that is characterized by a wide range of applications. The MOLOSroto DF23 with reinforced blade shaft is even more robust than the DF21. Many other sensors require an additional protective roof within large silos, as significant forces impact on the sensors for empty detection. With the MOLOSroto DF25 it is a different story; the DF25 is equipped with an angled jib, a protection tube made of stainless steel, reinforcement rips and a solid flange; therefore it reliably monitors the empty level although in very large silos without any additional protection measure.

Any single measuring device can be individually arranged with many free selectable options. The compact and round housings are available in Aluminium or stainless steel. For the use in potentially explosive atmospheres you can select the suitable model. The offered electronic portfolio contains all relevant supply voltages, several self-monitoring functions and additional signal lamps integrated in the control head. With the options for different high or low temperature and high pressure versions you can exactly adjust the MOLOSroto measuring device to the respective process conditions. A wide range of process connections with and without flange and the various versions of jib designs fulfill any requirements regarding the mounting position.
