Nemabo BV producer of bag filling machines and palletisers has designed and produced a new compact filling machine. This machine is specialized for small batches and by it’s simple design easy in use. Supply is by plastic creates that can be filled up to 1000 liter. Nemabo can also install a hopper which will be filled by the customer. The dosing can be designed towards the product that need to be filled up to four different type of dosing units. De filling spout is the weigher witch is approved by the latest European MID standards. The bag will be closed by hand. 10th International sales meeting of LUM GmbH in Berlin-Adlershof L.U.M. Precise Flow Meter for flow rates up to 350 m³/h The approved Solid Flow Meter Type FlowSlide is now available for flow rates up to 350 m³/h. Due to the fact that the capacity of the maintenance free FlowSlide meter was limited to 100 m³/h Hense Wägetechnik GmbH was often forced to refuse inquiries of pleased customers. The new Maxi - FlowSlide measures the flow of grain and powder material via the centripetal force. This method make the measurement independent from density and grain size. A special test stand was constructed to confirm the flow capacity and the accuracy. The construction consists of 2 silos. A screw conveyor feeds the test material from the lower silo into the upper vessel. The vessel is resting on 4 each OIML approved `Clevermount` load cells. Via a slide gate a flow rate up to 400 tm³/h can be adjusted. Test results: The Maxi - FlowSlide was tested with flow rates of 25 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 120 / 150 / und 180 t/h. With batches …

The efficiency of vertical mixing machines has in the past been proven time and time again. Vertical helical spring mixing tools usually rotate slowly.
