Eirich introduces permanent price cuts for original wear parts

Following a comprehensive recalculation, numerous components will be offered at significantly lower prices, in some cases by up to 50 percent.
Hardheim, March 2026: In March 2026, the expert in mixing and processing technology adjusted the prices for its original wear parts worldwide. Following a comprehensive recalculation, numerous components will be offered at significantly lower prices, in some cases by up to 50 percent.

Responding to changing market conditions

In recent years, spare and wear parts in many industrial sectors have continuously become more expensive. At the same time, competition has intensified. In addition to traditional competitors, providers of replica and counterfeit parts are increasingly appearing, arguing primarily on price.
Eirich is now drawing consequences from this. With the new price structure, original parts are intended to be clearly competitive again. The company wants to prevent operators from switching to non-approved components for purely economic reasons.

Investment protection for long-lasting systems

Eirich mixers are in use worldwide in various industries. Many of them have been running for several decades, often in multi-shift operation. These systems are considered a central building block in the production process in numerous industries. Their longevity is based not only on robust construction but also on the quality of the components used.

Wear parts significantly influence mixing results

Process stability and plant availability. Non-fitting or qualitatively deviating replica components can shorten service life and cause consequential damage to elementary components. With the new price structure, Eirich wants to ensure that operators do not have to weigh quality against cost-effectiveness during maintenance.
”Our machines are designed for decades of operation. We therefore see it as our responsibility to offer reliable and economical solutions in the wear parts sector as well,” emphasizes Sabine Imhof, Head of Customer Service – Spare Parts at Eirich.

Lifelong partnership instead of individual sales

The price adjustment for Eirich original parts is part of a strategic development of the service business. Eirich does not view wear parts as an isolated commercial product, but as part of long-term support throughout the entire lifecycle of the machine.
Customers can, upon request, receive an analysis of their current wear situation based on operating data or previous orders. The goal is to make replacement intervals more predictable, avoid unplanned downtime, and evaluate total cost of ownership transparently.
”With this measure, we are creating reliable and economical solutions in the spare parts sector. Our offer is also explicitly aimed at operators whose service relationship has been dormant in recent years. With the new price structure, we want to reconnect these customers more strongly to the manufacturer service and sustainably revitalize cooperation,” says Imhof.

Award for pioneering recycling technology: ”Minister of the Environment Award” at the Japan Open Innovation Prize We are pleased to announce that our joint project ”Demonstration Development of Recycling Technology for Woody Biomass Combustion Ash to Achieve Social Implementation of Ultra-Low Carbon Concrete” has been awarded the ”Minister of the Environment Award” at the 7th Japan Open Innovation Prize . The project was realized under the direction of Professor Koji Takasu at Kitakyushu University’s Faculty of Environmental Engineering, in collaboration with Kyoto University, Nishimatsu Construction, Nippon Eirich (especially our colleague Hideaki Konaga), and Hibikinada Energy Park LLC. Why is the project so special? The newly developed material actively contributes to the reduction of CO₂ emissions and is already so advanced that it can be used in practice. In addition, its positive effect can be clearly measured – an important step towards a sustainable future. This award is a great example of the strength of industry and academic collaborations and shows

Eirich is investing EUR 5.5 m in an ultramodern production building
With the construction of a new production building at its Hardheim plant, Eirich is sending a clear signal for the future of its German site and the continuous development of the company. The expert in mixing and processing technology is boosting its production capacity in order to meet the increasing requirements in its target sectors, the chemicals (e.g. highly efficient production of Li-ion battery cells), food technology, generics/pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics industries. The decision to erect a dedicated assembly hall for stainless steel products underlines the company’s strategic approach of continually rethinking and adapting itself and its products. The ‘stainless steel’ segment demands modifications to manufacturing steps and processing methods as well as higher quality standards. To enable it to meet these requirements, Eirich is now segmenting its production operations, with new products being manufactured and assembled under different conditions in separate units. That led to the need to construct a dedicated manufacturing building for this production. Innovative strength based in Germany Eirich’s new mixer and line concepts
