Since the founding of the company, WAREX VALVE valves have always stood for reliable explosion protection, safety, and the very highest quality – “made in Senden”. In order to live up to this claim, we are continuously developing new products and solutions, and attach great importance to a comprehensive quality assurance system.

WAREX VALVE butterfly valves are used in industrial and processing plants all over the world and are ideal for applications involving demanding media such as aggressive liquids, gases, abrasive bulk materials and solids in plants subject to the risk of dust explosions. Our valves have proven themselves successfully in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, in plant construction and in the bulk solids industry.

The shut-off and control butterfly valve Type CST DN100 has been designed for use in process air handling within pharmaceutical plants, combining hygienic design with precise control technology and maximum operational safety. For a current project, 7 units have already been successfully manufactured and delivered. The Warex Butterfly Valve Series 103 is a tight-seal interposed flange Valve for flanges as per DIN EN 1092.The Valves are absolutely air-tight in line with DIN EN 12266 Leak Rate A. The housing is one-piece, and the sealing sleeve comes in two designs – replaceable or fix vulcanized. The ShutOff Valve is suitable for solid, liquid and gaseous media and the temperature range is from – 40 to + 200°C. Tact Sluices are used normally within lower pressure differences as an inlet or outlet system. A differentiation within Double Flap Systems can be made between tact and pressure locks. The Tact Sluices are used normally within lower pressure differences as an inlet or outlet system. They consist of a combination of two Shut-Off Valves with a surge drum. A ventilation system is installed additionally with the pressure and vacuum locks so as to allow a completely pressureless opening or closing of the Valves. Application areas are here e.g. the output from vacuum dryers. The result in combination with the APS Valves (air-pressure-sealing) is a very high vacuum tightness.
