With the Master-PUR Food A hose series Masterflex AG offers antistatic hoses for applications especially in the pharmaceutical and food industry. By using a special food-grade material in combination with non-migrating permanent antistatic agents this new hose series is suitable for combustible dusts/bulk goods acc. to TRBS 2153 (zone 20) to ensure static dissipation.
As a matter of fact all contained raw materials comply with the national and international legal foodstuffs directives:

During the recent easyFairs® SCHÜTTGUT, a trade show designed for users of bulk materials, the visitors expressed a high degree of interest in the antistatic and food-grade hoses for applications in the pharmaceutical and food industry.
The antistatic hoses are made of FDA compliant components and are suitable for the transport of solid and liquid media. Due to the transparent hose wall the conveyed medium can always be monitored. The inner hose wall is nearly smooth and allows therefore optimum flow characteristics.
