The R400 series has been expanded to include the K410 software for single material filling applications.

Batching specifications:

• 100 Recipes (Products)
• 3 set batching stages - Fill, Dump and Pulse
• 1 Material
• 3 Speed Fill
• Fill correction using jogging or in-flight
• Dump to time or weight
• Negativ batching - Supported by setting the fill direction which defines if the weight is increasing or decreasing while batching
• Batch suspend - A suspend function key can be set that will pause the batch and adjust the tare weight when resuming the batch
• Timer based multiple batching

Ideal for dosing and bag or silo filling as well as filling applications using negativ batching, e.g. dischcarge from a silo into a truck.

With its large two line display using logical prompts, its dedicated and programmable function keys and the tailored printing of custom record, docket and reports printout the R400 indicators are highly operator friendly.
