The BIG-BAG light is the simple application for BIG BAG and octabin filling. Automatic calibratable filling, manual attachment of the container, manual container removal. Optional: Inflator, automatic load hooks, Vibrating device, Packaging material: Big-Bags, octabin, depend on the design. Capacity: up to 12 bags or packs/hour, depending on the packaging material and the skill of operator. Weighing range: 250-1,500 kg. Other suitable machines are the BigBag comfort or the BigBag filling station.

A BIG BAG filling system with roller conveyor for transporting the big bags or octabins. Bulk bags are the ideal solution for the transport and storage of most bulk materials, such as chemicals, plastic granules, fertilizers, seeds, building materials and foodstuffs. SSB offers a wide range of filling stations for all types of big bags or octabins in the range of 500-2,000 kg. The proposed filling systems can have different configurations depending on the type of product, the type of big bag or octabin to be used and the required capacity. According to the selected option, the big bag can be used with or without a pallet, and two big bags can be stacked on top of each other. This filling system is designed for an average bagging capacity of up to 50 big bags/hour depending on product characteristics. With its ergonomic, user-friendly design and flexible configuration, we can meet the needs of our customers.

The SSB Big-Bag comfort filling system is a modular system for different applications. Easy handling and high performance as well as an optional combination of bottom and top weighing system characterize the Big-Bag comfort. An additional option is the height-adjustable filling spout with hydraulic lifting system. Thanks to this option, different bag formats and sizes as well as octabins and large cartons can be used. The weighing system consists of two mechanically separate weighing systems that are electronically connected to form a complete scale. This means that a big bag can be weighed suspended or below without the influence of high tare weights, lifting systems or product feeders.
